DreamHack Open Austin 2017 North American qualifier will continue with the closed stage which will kick off today.

The open portion of the NA qualifier ended without a noteworthy upset as Luminosity, Selfless, Rush, and eUnited earned their spots in the closed qualifier.

Selfless won against Splyce in overtime despite Ronnie "⁠ryx⁠" Bylicki's preposterous performance with a 39:20 score, Luminosity got a narrow 16-14 victory against Denial, while Rush and eUnited won their final matches 16-12.

Misfits will face eUnited in the quarter-finals 

The aforementioned victors from the open qualifier got matched up against four teams which were invited to the closed qualifier. Here is how the bracket looks:

Misfits	vs. eUnited
Complexity	vs. Luminosity
CLG	vs. Rush
Selfless	vs. NRG

These eight teams will compete in a single-elimination, best-of-three bracket and only one team will earn a place at DreamHack Open Austin 2017 which will take place from April 28-30. The action will kick off today at 22:00 with quarter-final matchups.
